be immediately forwarded to one of our technical support personnel and
we will either respond that evening or the very next morning.
You might want to take a few minutes to calm down
first. Remember, stress and anger can shorten one's life span.
Whatever happened, it's not worth it and... it's our job to make it
right.
Don't send technical support emails using our regular
email addresses. Instead, we've created a nice clear simple form
for you to use. The other reason for using the form is that we
have this really neat program that analyzes your computer, browser and
operating system to tell us what program you used to access our
web-programs.
